Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your complete bill to, ship to, card enclosure, and which gift you would like to order.
Please be sure to include your phone number so one of our sales associates can call you to go over payment.

Same Day Shipping/ Shipping Guidelines
Orders placed before 3 PM EST (12 PM PST)ship today. Orders placed after 3 PM EST (12 PM PST) ship the next business day. If it is after the daily shipping cut off your gift will not ship until the next business day. You may need to use one of the express services.
No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Note: Normal delivery days do NOT include Saturday or Sunday.
Saturday delivery is only available by special request. Normal next day air service is Monday through Friday.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom left corner of the window.
What to expect after you place an order
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Gift Sender Central. If placed between 8:00 AM and 12:00PM PST it will then be processed within four hours. If placed after 12:00 pm PST your order will be processed at 8:00 AM PST the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation again once your order has been shipped which will include all tracking information.
Cancelling or changing your order
Please call us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. If your gift has not shipped we will be happy to assist you in any way possible. However, if your gift has already been picked up by the parcel carrier we can not cancel your order. We can at this point call the parcel carrier and request the delivery address be changed. There will be a $10.00 fee assessed to your credit card for this change.
In order to get your delivery there on time, we follow these important steps.
If we are out of a particular product, i.e. a specific basket, bow, food item, etc., our basketeers may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value. We select the most creative basket designers to be on our team who professionally recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The look and feel of our products featured will remain the same, with our basketeers paying careful attention to overall shape, size and style combinations. Items containing chocolate that are shipped between May and October will be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.
We do our best to ship all gifts in a prompt and timely manner. However there are times gifts simply do not arrive on time. If a parcel carrier such as UPS or FedEx, fails to deliver your gift basket on time, except in the case of an act of God (including bad weather), an act of war, or high seasonal shipping volumes such as Christmas, a bad address supplied , no suite/ apartment # provided or recipient not available, then shipping fees will be refunded. No additional funds will be refunded.

Gift Sender Central accepts, MC, Visa, and American Express. We also offer net 15 terms for corporate accounts. (OAC).
What if I do not receive an order confirmation?
You should receive an email confirmation that we have received your order within 1 hour of completing you order. If you do not receive this confirmation you may have entered your email address wrong or not at all. Please call us toll free at 866-639-4107 and we will assist you with looking up your order. You may also email us at
email@example.com Please be sure to include your full name, the name of the recipient and your phone number so we may assist you.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:
- Complete recipient name
- Company name if applicable
- Complete street number and name
- suite number/ apartment number
- City, State, accurate zip code.
If the information you have supplied is incorrect a $10.00 address correction fee will be assessed to your credit card.
